Lopes Office began in Praia del Rey, 5 years ago, as a small cleaning company, that took care of houses in the absence of their owners.
Lopes Family is a work group of brothers, cousins, brothers and sisters in laws, who previously worked for Béltico Group, but due to the evolution and the need of personal value, have decided to start their own business.

Today, the Lopes family, Paula & Helena, niece and aunt, are together in the management of properties, rentals and gardening (Sepol Gardens, Nuno Lopes). Since we live near the resort, we’ve followed the enterprise’s growth.
Perhaps because of our family ties, we do our best to improve our service, by learning more, day by day, with our work. We guarantee to look over each property with individuality, knowing that each one of them has different needs.
From our experience in this area, we have seen how promises and execution are often in conflict. It’s also a fact that at times it is hard to correspond to so many needs and we know that it can be difficult for the owner, being out of town or country and leaving their home in care of practically strangers, but we will always remain in the contact with the owner and strive to solve any problem, to the utmost satisfaction of our client.
The maintenance cost of a property has increased in Portugal, year after year. Associated with the lack of information given when buying a house, most of the time it becomes a nightmare when you receive so many bills to pay annually. We have a payment plan of bills that we supply to the client as soon as the management details are settled.
Our team is composed of qualified people whom we know and trust, from the cleaning people to the carpenter, who will certainly maintain your house at its best.
We are a small business and can offer the ‘personal touch’ to you and your guests. Our aim is to ensure the security and cleanliness of your Praia D’el Rey home. Our team of dedicated, professional and conscientious people will make sure of the comfort of you and your guests.

Management Services
Lopes Office will provide you with complete hassle free management of your property. Our package is designed to cover all areas of care necessary to keep your home safe and in good condition all year long.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THIS SERVICE.
We will be your representative in Portugal, contactable through telephone or e-mail at all times.
We will visit your property every week throughout the year.
We will hold 3 sets of keys.
We will check the following on our visits or after any guests have vacated your property (whichever sooner). We will also make extra inspections if any unusual weather conditions have been experienced on the resort:
- Check all interior areas of property
- Check exterior of property including terraces and gardens
- Check lighting and replace bulbs if necessary at cost
- Check plumbing
- Check swimming pool (private)
- Check electrical equipment and appliances
- Check furniture and furnishings for wear and tear
- Check security services & equipment are functional
- Collect mail. Hold or forward to you at cost
- Pay all your bills
- Thoroughly air all rooms
- Purchasing of routine supplies (when required)
- Heating Management (we advise once a year)
- Cleaning all the property inside and outside (charged by the hour)
- Laundry – taken to our facilities and returned to the property
We will record and inform you promptly of any recommendations of work that needs doing to keep your property in pristine condition. We will provide, via e-mail, photographic evidence of work required.
