What methods of payments do you offer?
By bank transfer or cheque.
How much do I have to pay to secure the booking?
We require a 20% deposit to secure the booking.
How long will my booking be valid for before I pay the reservation deposit?
We will hold the property for 3 working days allowing time for a cheque to be posted or payment online to be processed. We will contact you if no payment had been made within the 3 days and it may result in loosing the booking.
When do I pay the balance of 80%?
The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday or whenever agreed at the time of booking.
What and how much is the damages deposit?
A damages deposit of £200 is requested at the same time the balance is due. This will be used to cover any minor damages that are made to the property. If no damage has taken place we will refund the amount to you within one week of the end of the holiday. If major damage has taken place you will be expected to pay the full cost of repair or replacement. This is set out in our terms and conditions when booking a property.
