Bom Sucesso Design & Golf Resort

Situated on Portugal's stunning Silver coast, near the beautiful and historic town of Obidos and less than one hour from Lisbon, Bom Sucesso design resort merges luxury living with ecology, ergonomics and environment. Each house has been individually designed by the architect to specifically maximize the benefits of its individual plot on the development. Bom Sucesso also offers the widest range of leisure facilities including a luxury hotel, Spa, championship golf course, tennis, water sport, fishing, mountain biking, horse riding, a children's park - even a pet hotel.

Architecture, ergonomics, the environment and leisure – thus can we specify the essential attributes to be found at Bom Sucesso. The sites for the villas and townhouses were dispersed over the countryside, along the length of the huge green expanse that constitutes the golf course and the various buildings. In order to veil the houses, in harmony with the surroundings, the use of greenery was made compulsory. Moreover, 90 % of the houses have just one floor.

The final outcome was a land use density of 7.2%, and a construction area of just 6.5% of the total area. In each project there were two special considerations: optimizing exposure to sunlight and the enjoyment of the marvelous landscape that this location offers.

It is not hard to anticipate an excellent result, due to the inspired originality of the architectural projects and the steps taken to ensure the harmony of the architectural language used during the creative process.

The plots for villas range between 700 sqm and 3000 sqm. Their prices vary according to their location and the architectural project to be constructed in the plot.  The villas are three, four and five bedroom houses. Swimming pool and landscaping are optional.

While the townhouses sales only complete once fully constructed, in relation to the plots for villas the Client may purchase the plot with its architecture project, without being immediately required to construct the house. Bom Sucesso guarantees a construction price established beforehand for all the projects (which comparatively are very competitive).

The units may be acquired under a tourism regime (pool) or not.
