New for 2009. Casa Da Luz is a luxury villa that is situated in the heart of the Praia D'El Rey Golf & Beach Resort. The property is only a few hundred meters from the convenience store, tennis centre and golf clubhouse with 2 restaurants and 2 bars. The villa has its own private heated pool (11m x 4m) which is partly gated and has security glass around the perimeter to improve children's safety. There is an outside breakfast area with 8 chairs and table, Built-in BBQ and 8 sun loungers. Inside the property there are 4 spacious bedrooms. All have access to ensuites and private patio's or balconies. The bedrooms consist of 2 Kings and 2 Twins which can be made up as doubles on request. The master bedroom also has a dressing area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all utilities and appliances that you would expect. In the lounge there are 2 sofas, a 32" LCD TV, DVD & CD player with UK and cable channels. There is also free use of a wireless internet connection and an Ipod dock with speakers. The large dining table has 8 chairs.
