This fantastic 4 bed villa is situated in the old part of the Perola Da Lagoa village next to the exclusive contemporary Golf, Leisure & Design resort of Bom Sucesso (3km) and the well known Praia D'El Rey Golf & Beach Resort (5km). The villa is only 200m from the Obidos Lagoon & Atlantic Ocean. Close by there is a wide range of activities on offer from walking along the lagoon on the recently made wooden path or try your hand at wind-sailing, canoeing or even water skiing at the water-sports centre. The mouth of the river is where you will catch your dinner with the locals daily catching large dinner party sized Sea Bass, perfect for BBQ! Amenities include some lovely fish restaurants on the beach and a cafe and local shop. For golf lovers there are 2 courses within 5 km of the villa, the newly opened Bom Sucesso course where you will do well to keep out of the water or the award winning Praia D'El Rey championship course which is now voted as one of the best in Portugal and Europe.

The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 of which have ensuite bathrooms. These include the 2 double bedrooms upstairs and 1 twin downstairs. The 2nd twin room shares a large family bathroom. All bedrooms have LCD TV's, wardrobes and views of the garden and sea. The house is fitted with underfloor heating in every room and each room can be individually changed to your required temperature.
The L-shaped open-plan lounge and dining room has a cosy TV area to the side with a 42" LCD TV and an open sofa and dining area. There are doors leading to the garden and the view to the sea and lagoon. The high gloss red modern kitchen with black slate floors is fully integrated and equipped with oven, hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc. The doors lead out to the pool and BBQ area where you will find 8 sunloungers and a table and chairs.

On the first floor there is a roof terrace that offers spectacular ocean and lagoon views. There is also a table a chairs up there so you can have dinner and watch the sun go down. This property is great for families who want to explore the area or just sit by the pool and beach!
