This villa occupies a prime site on the exclusive Praia-del-Rey development on the west coast of Portugal. The villa has amazing views over the lake on the 10th hole and a fantastic view down the 12th hole with the sea in the distance. The sandy beach is also just 300 m away and is ideal for surfing and long walks.The golf clubhouse and 2 restaurants are 5 minutes walk away and the recently opened 5* Marriot Hotel is even closer. There is a large heated 10m x 4m swimming pool and an even bigger grass area to relax on one of the 6 sunloungers. Around the pool there is also a bbq and a table and chairs for 8 people. The villa is perfect for golf lovers (see photos!) or just a family holiday in the sun!
