Praia D'El Rey Tennis Centre

The Praia D'El Rey Tennis Centre is situated at the entrance to the resort in a calm environment surrounded on one side by the Aldeia de Viriato apartments and on the other three sides by pine trees. The centre has an ample parking area. The clubhouse has a reception area, locker rooms and bathrooms, and an inviting terrace with a spectator area that will sit up to 200 people from which to watch players competing on the main court. In the rear of the club are the remaining six courts, two of which can be used for other sports activities.

Football Centre

The UEFA-standard football pitch at Praia D’El Rey is regularly used for training by national teams before major international tournaments. Outside these dates, and especially during July-October, the resort’s professional FA-qualified football coaches run 3-day Junior Football coaching courses for children aged 6-16. Here they learn new skills and improve their individual abilities.
